# Change IP address

> Pricing, cooldown, availability checks, and invoice flow for IP change.

IP change can be requested from the VM Network card when VM status is running or stopped.

Current rules:

* base price: 5.00 EUR (+ VAT if applicable),
* cooldown: 24 hours after a completed IP change,
* requires free IPs on the assigned node.

Requesting an IP change creates an invoice. After payment, the system allocates a new IP and applies network changes.
