# Understand order and invoice statuses

> What pending, processing, completed and payment statuses mean.

Order statuses:

* pending: Invoice created, waiting for payment.
* processing: Payment received, provisioning started.
* completed: Provisioning finished.
* cancelled: Cancelled before completion.

Invoice payment statuses you may see:

* waiting, confirming, confirmed, sending, partially\_paid, finished, failed, expired.

On the invoice page, status is refreshed automatically. After successful payment, the app redirects you to the related VM page (or dashboard if no VM is linked).
